EasyIndexer ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://easyindexer.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. By using EasyIndexer you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain password).

URLs You Submit

We store the URLs you submit for indexing so we can track their status and issue refunds for unindexed links. These URLs are passed to our indexing provider (Rapid URL Indexer) to process your request.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store your card details. We receive a customer ID and transaction records from Paddle to track your credits and subscription status.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us diagnose errors and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the indexing service and track URL submission status
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscription
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, credit refund notifications)
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect fraud and prevent abuse
  • To improve and develop the service

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate EasyIndexer:

Paddle paddle.com

Payment processing, subscription management, and tax collection. Your payment details are governed by Paddle's privacy policy.

Rapid URL Indexer rapidurlindexer.com

URL indexing service. The URLs you submit are sent to Rapid URL Indexer for processing. No personal data other than URLs is shared.

Google Fonts fonts.google.com

Fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address when fonts are fetched.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

  • Account data — kept until you delete your account
  • URL submission history — kept for 12 months then purged
  • Payment records — kept for 7 years to comply with financial regulations
  • Server logs — kept for 30 days

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is:

  • Named easyindexer_sess
  • Strictly necessary — no tracking or advertising cookies
  • Deleted when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity

Paddle may set their own cookies during checkout. See Paddle's cookie policy for details.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to certain uses of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and session protection. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

EasyIndexer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site before changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
