Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyIndexer ("Service"), operated by RSPARK, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EasyIndexer is a URL indexing service that submits URLs to Google and other search engines on your behalf using third-party indexing technology. We do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed — Google and other search engines make their own decisions about what to index.

What we do guarantee: if a URL is not indexed within 14 days of submission, the credit used for that URL will be automatically refunded to your account.

2. Accounts

→You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
→You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
→You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
→You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
→You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
→We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Credits & Payments

Credit System

EasyIndexer operates on a credit system. One credit is consumed for each URL successfully submitted to the indexing provider. Credits are deducted at the time of submission, not at the time of indexing.

Refunds for Unindexed URLs

If a submitted URL is not indexed within 14 days, the credit for that URL is automatically returned to your account balance. This happens automatically — you do not need to request it.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund contact us at contact@easyindexer.com within 30 days of your payment. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, back to your original payment method.

Credit Expiry

Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle if unused.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then.

Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax will be added at checkout based on your location. Tax is collected and remitted by Paddle, our payment processor.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EasyIndexer to submit URLs that:

✗Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity
✗Infringe on intellectual property rights
✗Contain malware, phishing, or deceptive content
✗Violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines or terms of service
✗Are spam, doorway pages, or designed to manipulate search rankings deceptively
✗Promote hate speech, violence, or harassment

We reserve the right to review submitted URLs and suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.

5. API Access

API access is available on Pro and Agency plans. When using the API:

→Keep your API token secure — do not expose it publicly or in client-side code.
→Do not share your API token with third parties.
→API tokens may be revoked if we detect abuse.
→The same acceptable use rules apply to API submissions.
→Rate limits apply — excessive automated requests may result in temporary suspension.

6. No Guarantee of Results

EasyIndexer submits your URLs to indexing services and signals Google and other search engines to crawl them. We cannot guarantee:

✗That any URL will be indexed by Google or any search engine
✗Any improvement in search rankings
✗Any increase in organic traffic
✗Any specific timeframe for indexing

Indexing decisions are made entirely by Google and other search engines. We have no control over their algorithms or policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

→EasyIndexer is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
→We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
→Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
→We are not responsible for actions taken by Google or other search engines in response to your submitted URLs.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep EasyIndexer available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, experience outages, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

→ You — cancel your subscription and stop using the service. Any unused pay-as-you-go credits remain in your account but are non-refundable as cash.
→ Us — we may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyIndexer is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
